Structural Tubing Products

Forte offers structural tubing and structural torsion tubing, engineered and built to meet your exact specifications and tolerances.

We offer a broad array of Fiber Options and tubing wall thickness and diameter is determined on a case-by-case basis to suit your application. Special requirements can usually be met cost effectively, including centerless grinding, fixture detailing, flame retardancy, conductivity and increased insularity, as well as ballistic and chemical resistance.

All our structural tubing is manufactured with our automated, computer-controlled, closed-loop drive system. This digital feedback process confirms continuous, real-time accuracy and allows all Forte structures to be manufactured according to design plan, a plan that is repeatable and consistent.

Forte builds five structural tubing parts for
the Mosquito XE Ultralight Helicopter,
including the tail boom.
 
Forte built this set of carbon fiber stanchions for a ship, to create a life-line support system. Each 9'5" post weighs 14 lbs and has a Young's Modulus of 10,600,000 psi. Forte also made the carbon fiber stanchion sockets, which were glassed into the deck of the ship. The slip fit between the two parts was perfect.
